Who we are

This scorecard and website are operated by Executive Advisory Ltd, trading as ExecPlatform.ai and PERdy.ai, registered at 18 Woodlands Walk, Great Dunmow, CM6 1YQ, company number 16611424. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

When you use the PERdy Exit Readiness Scorecard, we collect:

Your answers to the 10 assessment questions	During the assessment

Which version of the assessment's framing you saw (used to tailor the messaging you're shown, not linked to anything else about you)	When you arrive

If you don't complete the assessment after starting it, we still hold the details you'd already entered — this lets us follow up and let you know your results are waiting, rather than losing your progress entirely.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use your details to show you your scorecard result on this page, immediately after you complete the assessment, which you've actively requested — this relies on our legitimate interest in providing the tool you've asked to use.

Where you've ticked the consent box, we also use your details to follow up about your results and discuss PERdy's services, which relies on your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted tools to run the scorecard, serve the page, and manage our follow-up. Your data may pass through:

• Zapier and/or Cloudflare — whichever is currently moving your submission from the website into our CRM. We're migrating between the two; at any given time it will be one or the other, not both.
• Attio — our CRM, where your record and scorecard result are stored.
• Google — this page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your device contacts Google directly to fetch them, and your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request, in the same way it would be for almost any website using web fonts.
• Calendly — only if you click through to book a call with us, at which point Calendly collects your information separately under its own privacy policy. We don't control that part.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the tools above except where required by law.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a PERdy client, we keep your details for up to 12 months from your last activity with us, after which they're deleted. If you become a client, different retention terms apply, set out in our client agreement.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to us using your data for marketing or follow-up at any time — we'll stop immediately.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
